1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States and the United Kingdom.


Please note the following:

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Orienttech Pro Inc offers FREE shipping on all orders to both the United States and the United Kingdom. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden shipping fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.


4. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with trusted and reliable shipping carriers to ensure your call blocker arrives safely and on time. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your delivery location and availability at the time of dispatch. You will be notified of the carrier and tracking details via email once your order is shipped.


Carriers we may use include, but are not limited to:

United States: USPS, UPS, FedEx

United Kingdom: Royal Mail, DPD, DHL


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.


If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at the details provided in Section 9.


6. UK CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, your package may be subject to customs inspection and import duties depending on the value and nature of the goods. Please be aware of the following:

Orienttech Pro Inc ships all orders with full and accurate customs declarations as required by UK law.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delays caused by UK customs processing are outside our control and are not considered late deliveries.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable duties before placing an order.


7. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES

A package may be returned to us if:

The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete

The package was unclaimed or not collected from a delivery depot

The recipient refused delivery


If your package is returned to us, we will contact you via email. You may choose to have the order reshipped (at no additional cost if the error was ours) or receive a full refund. If the return was due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a replacement shipment may be subject to re-processing.


8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

8.1 Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a resolution.

8.2 Damaged Packages

If your call blocker arrives damaged, please take photographs of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
